Every October in Middletown, Conn. there is a Walk to End Silence, please consider becoming a voice for survivors of domestic violence and intimate partner violence. The walk is hosted every year in memory of Baby Aaden – who tragically lost his life at the hands of his abuser. This year they were are also joined by the family of Shirley A. Moody. They walk to bring awareness to the tragic realities of domestic violence, as many seek to collectively eradicate this severe/ traumatic public health epidemic.

The event is hosted by the Community Health Center, Inc.’s New Horizons Domestic Violence Services & the Middletown Police Department. I am sure when you meet the whole team, and all who join in to make a difference you will enjoy being part of such an important annual event.
